Introducing the Michelin restaurant DiM Tu Tac.
Dimtu Tak is a first-class restaurant loved by many people.
I recently heard that a store opened on the 2nd floor of the 7th Army Corps Kobe Tower, so I visited.
I was full of anticipation as it was already rumored to be a restaurant with waiting customers.
We visited after 1 o'clock and luckily there was no waiting.
But there were already many Vietnamese people eating.
Take a look around Dim Tu Tac
Business hours 10am - 10pm
Because it was newly opened, the overall place was neat and clean.
The chairs were soft and comfortable, and a man came to take our order.
It seemed like he could speak English, Cantonese, and Vietnamese, and we were able to order from the menu.
When ordering fried rice, please ask if you can adjust the spiciness as your child may find it spicy.
The staff was very friendly, explaining the food, the types of sauce, and what foods it would go with.
Dim Tu Tac Menu
The menu is varied and plentiful, right?
There were two volumes of menus including Peking duck, dim sum, and various stir-fries.
Vietnamese sauces and fried peanuts are served as standard.
Here, fried peanuts are not free and cost an additional 20,000 dong after the meal.
If you don't want to eat it at all, you can just express your intention not to eat it.
I ordered oolong tea. They brought me as many cups of tea as the number of people I ordered.
As you eat, they keep refilling you with warm tea. We ordered as follows:
steamed shanghoi dumping 60,000 dong
I ordered Xiaolongbao because it was the most basic menu, and it was served on individual plates and split in the middle.
It is supposed to be eaten with the meat juice inside, but when you cut it into the plate, it is not a rich and thick meat juice.
The meat was oozing with fat... To be honest, it was a bit greasy and heavy for my taste, so I really didn't like it.
stir fried rice roll with xo chilli sauce 88,000 dong
88 thousand dong of death
crispy beancurd skin roll with prawn 88cheondong
And this is a highly recommended menu! Personally, I don't like fish and chips, but the reason I don't like it is
I hate the fishy smell of fish and the chewy texture?!
But this one had the shrimp taste chewy and soft at the same time, and the outside was really crispy?!
Personally, I found it really delicious.
It's perfect as a beer snack! And it's quite big, so there are 6 pieces, so if you're conscious, you can have the rest.
I think I brought it to-go. I was so busy eating that day that I just left it behind, but it's still there.
I remember...
This tastes exactly like pan-fried dumplings, but the filling is filling and delicious.
Compared to other menus, it's close to 60,000 won, but it's unfair that it comes with 3!
The second menu was personally so delicious! The seafood fried rice was delicious, but why was it like this!!
I ordered it because it was expensive, but it was full of shrimp and squid, full of the fragrance of incense, and had a slightly spicy aftertaste.
It was a really delicious menu that I didn't feel like I had any food.
The amount was so generous! It was like more than 4 bowls of fried rice.
I ate a whole tableful of delicious food.
I paid about 700,000 VND for the 6-course menu, including 2 servings of oolong tea and water.
It costs about 40,000 won. I was so happy that I could enjoy Cantonese cuisine like this for 40,000 won.

Now you can enjoy delicious Cantonese cuisine in District 7 and District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City.
Dim sum and other dishes are also available at very reasonable prices, and the interior of the restaurant is also clean and upscale.
There were a variety of dishes other than the ones we ordered, so I think we'll visit again if we have the chance.
