Vietnam Visa (VISA)

45 days visa-free entry (tourist visa )

Holders of South Korean passports can enter the country without a visa for up to 45 days without applying for a separate visa. You can re-enter the country at any time, and a visa for a 45-day stay is automatically issued each time you enter Vietnam. _No cost

Electronic visa (visa) 90-day e-visa

If you plan to visit Vietnam for more than 45 days, you can apply for a 90-day e-Visa. There are single and multiple-entry visas. It takes 4 to 5 days from the date of application to issue the visa, and it is not issued on weekends. Therefore, it is recommended to apply 7 days in advance.

In the case of a single-entry visa, if you leave Vietnam, the remaining visa date will be automatically canceled. In the case of a multiple-entry visa, if there are remaining dates when you leave Vietnam, the remaining visa date will be maintained. - Cost: Single $25, Multiple $50

Vietnam e-Visa Extension

If you need to stay in Vietnam for more than 90 days, you must extend your stay by visiting a nearby overseas country before the visa expires. From Ho Chi Minh City, you must visit Mok Bai, Cambodia, which is accessible by land. Or, you can take a plane to Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, etc. (You cannot apply for a visa extension while staying in Vietnam) - you need a Vietnam exit stamp.

The 45-day visa-free period can be extended again when re-entering the country via overseas, and a 90-day e-visa can be issued in about 2 hours if applied for urgently by a company.
